Terms of Use
The basic rules for playing Aetherial Depths and using Aetherial Cloud.
Using the game
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play Aetherial Depths for lawful, non-commercial use. The game, website, visual identity, source code, and original content remain the property of their respective creator.
Acceptable use
You must not intentionally disrupt the website or cloud service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass rate limits, impersonate another device, upload malicious data, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer private server credentials, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Cloud saves
Cloud Sync is provided as a convenience. Linked saves are combined by keeping the highest compatible progression values and using the newer settings. A currently active wave or unfinished run may not transfer. You are responsible for reviewing the merge preview and keeping a text backup when progression is important to you.
Availability and changes
The game and online services may be updated, interrupted, modified, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve compatibility and progression, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
No purchases, ads, or prizes
The current release contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no real-money gambling, and no cash or financial prizes. In-game shards and upgrades have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the game.
Disclaimer
The game and service are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Enforcement
Anonymous device credentials may be revoked and IP addresses may be temporarily blocked when the service detects abuse, excessive traffic, or a security threat. A mistaken restriction can be reported to support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the player’s country of residence.
